Grace and Ease flowing through you Now....Peace and Hope flowing through you Now....Goodness and Courage flowing through you Now...Love and Compassion flowing through you Now......your Well of Being generously replenished....recharging the Space and Energy enveloping you, feeling at Ease and Relaaaaxed with all that Is....

Allowing yourself to stretch your arms and eyes toward the Heavens with a generous, sacrum-filling Inhale, allowing the upper Body to extend out and drape over the lower Body (seated or standing) on a thorough, perhaps expressively relieved & grateful Exhale....tucking the chin, lengthening the spine.....enjoying this simple movement several lingering times to calm and refresh ~ reviving the Living Forces within and surrounding.....
